Sole Stewardess
I had the pleasure of starting my yachting career on Sailing Catamaran Ocean Seven. I managed back to back owners trips with one day turn arounds between 7 owners sharing the yacht. As a sole stewardess I was responsible for everything snack and beverage related for the owner and their guests. I curated cocktails based on the owners preferences and made sure to anticipate their needs creating a seamless expereince on board.
I handled all interior provisioning, including snacks, alcohol, and mixers for each guest trip, whilst also keeping inventories up to date. I created clear SOPs to keep myself organised and accountable, allowing me to manage daily operations efficiently and ensure nothing was missed. With no laundry machine on board I took full responsibility for all laundry- making sure everything was fresh and spotless.
In addition to laundry, I was in charge of housekeeping, ensuring every corner of the interior was detailed. I supported the Chef during meal services and helped prepare Canapés, snacks and desserts. I also lent a hand on deck during docking and anchoring. Beyond the daily tasks, I loved creating unique experiences for the guests, making their time on board unforgettable.
