Chief Stewardess
For the Season of 2025 I served as Chief Stewardess on a busy private programme with two owners, managing trips ranging from five days to one month, including extended periods of up to two months at anchor. Throughout every itinerary, I delivered high-end experiences for owners and their guests, maintaining interior standards and a calm, seamless onboard atmosphere at all times.


I independently managed guest and crew provisioning throughout the Mediterranean, working closely with provisioners and agents. With this also extending to coordinating and arranging bookings and reservations for guests.
I led daily service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, adapting easily to last-minute requests and changing schedules. I also worked closely with the Chef to ensure menus and service always reflected guest preferences and expectations. Along with this I confidently designed food and wine menus, advised on wine selections, and created signature cocktails and wellness shots tailored to individual tastes.


To keep operations running efficiently, I created a detailed Stewardess Bible with SOPs covering detailing of all interior areas, laundry, service standards, turn-ups and turn-downs, guest preferences, cabin checks, and daily, weekly and monthly checklists. I trained and mentored the Second Stewardess/Masseuse, overseeing daily tasks and supporting her professional development.
My responsibilities extended to a full winterisation of the interior, including the careful removal, inventory, and secure storage of all guest belongings. I maintained a complete onboard inventory, assisted with docking when required, and organised a full new crew uniform, including footwear and embroidery.


Throughout the entire season, my partner, Gerhard Martin, and I worked closely together onboard as Chief Stewardess and Mate, forming a strong, well-aligned leadership team. Our ability to communicate clearly, support one another, and understand each other’s roles allowed us to work efficiently both on deck and in the interior. We collaborated seamlessly with the rest of the crew, integrating naturally into the team dynamic and contributing to a positive, motivated onboard environment.
